Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale testing efforts, including both manual and automation testing, for enterprise-level software. The software is implemented at the state level and supports critical operations within the court system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in test planning, team leadership, and delivery management. This role demands a professional with 15+ years of relevant experience and a proven ability to oversee large teams and complex testing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for both manual and automation testing aligned with project goals and timelines.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define testing scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal coverage and performance.

Team Management:
Lead and manage a diverse team of test engineers, including manual testers and automation experts.
Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement professional development plans.

Execution and Oversight:
Oversee test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Ensure that automated test scripts are developed, reviewed, and maintained according to best practices.
Monitor progress against testing milestones, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforceQA standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Ensure high-quality software delivery through rigorous testing processes.

Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for testing-related inquiries and updates.
Provide regular status reports to project sponsors, leadership, and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with implementation teams, developers, and product owners to resolve issues efficiently.
Experience:
15+ years of experience in managing large-scale testing efforts, with a significant focus on automation.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing testing for enterprise-level software implementations, particularly at the state or government level.

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Jira TestNG,LoadRunner, or similar.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build systems
