Project Manager

• Manage timeline, tasks, scope, and resources for the Power BI stream as part of an ERP program.
• Drive decisions and deliverables based on a good understanding of SAP data structures, CDS views, and the Power BI platform.
• Ideally, the candidate has experience with SalesForce and Snowflake.
• Help with organization and facilitation of workshops.
• Align PM constraints (scope/time/cost/quality) in the order needed based on expected business outcomes and sponsorship needs.
• Share PM best practices to improve always (better/faster/simpler/clearer).
• Manage deployment, adoption, and improvements in PM tools and applications.
• Be prepared to always answer the “why” question to all levels of the organization.
• Partner with senior leadership team members to balance the budget/scope/time triangle.
• Develop a communication and change management cadence that will promotes project management lessons learned and best practices for sustained success.
• Other duties as assigned.

The second role is for an experienced SAP project manager who will be part of the PMO:

• Overall PM for multiple S/4HANA implementations with extensive hands-on experience
• Attitude that drives towards results
• Deep experience with SAP Activate methodology
• Background of solution architect / functional consultant
• Very good communication skills
• Well versed in project tools – especially JIRA, MS Project, Smart Sheet etc.
• Experience with preparation of steering committee material
