Description
- 10+ Years experience in Project Management with at least 5 years in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and project management best practices
- Experience in the Oil and Gas domain is preferred
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps, CI/CD
- Understanding of software development and digital transformation projects
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools
- Certified Scrum Master, PMP or equivalent certifications are preferred
- Ability to think big about a problem statements, recommend alternative technical approaches and build optimal solutions.
- Proven track record of building large-scale, highly available, low latency, high quality distributed systems and software products.
- Track record delivering software that is correct, stable, high performance, secure, and accessibility compliant.
- Communicate clearly and concisely both written and orally
