Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager with experience managing IT integrations, carve-outs, and transitions in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures (M&A). This role will drive cross-functional project execution, ensuring smooth IT operations and alignment with corporate transaction goals. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, excellent communication skills, and a track record of success in complex, fast-paced environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the planning and execution of IT workstreams supporting M&A and divestiture initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between IT and business units to align on goals, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT integration or separation projects: due diligence, Day 1 readiness, TSA (Transition Services Agreement) management, and post-close execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure, applications, security, and data during corporate transactions.
  • Coordinate data migration, systems integration/separation, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Work with external vendors and internal technical teams to ensure timely and successful implementation.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones.

 

Qualifications:

 

Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in M&A and divestiture-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including infrastructure, applications, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience executing IT due diligence, transition planning, and post-transaction support.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with TSA development and execution
