Project Manager

·        15+ yrs of experience with 10+ years in project management 
·        Capability to run OSS projects and manage various stakeholders
·        Should have hands on knowledge on OSS platforms
·        Ability to maager pnrojects upto $5M
·        Knowledge on waterfall and agile projects
·        Ability to streamline activities, manage teams, work on reporting, financials etc
·        Capability to drive the project independently and deliver results basis the defined KPIs on cost, quality and schedule.
·        Able to assign and allocate work, mentor and coach team members and drive efficiency
·        Ability to define the create, maintain and organize project plan and resources
·        Ability to report metrics and achieve the KPIs as defined in the project plan
·        Run the program meetings and discussions and navigate through various challenges that the team might run into
·        Ability to effectively manage program and project risks and define mitigation strategies and the ability to bring the program into Green status in case of contingent situations
·        Ability to manage and work across cross functional teams and be the central anchor and driving force for the team
