Project Manager

• Lead and manage large-scale, complex technology projects, including network infrastructure upgrades (wired & wireless) and real estate build-outs.
• Apply project feature prioritization and backlog grooming methods.
• Use Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools for tracking and reporting.
• Accurately track, forecast, and report project financials; provide accrual information to Finance.
• Apply principles of finance and cost-benefit analysis (e.g., ROI, NPV, payback, opportunity costs).
• Practice Agile methodologies for project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure accountability of team members for deliverables and escalation of blockers.
• Maintain accurate and timely representation of project status and updates.
• Manage collaborative projects, including those with vendors and packaged software.
  
   

Required Skills & Experience

 

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven track record with large, complex projects.
• Hands-on experience in Agile practices.
• Direct experience with network infrastructure and end-user computing projects.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with project feature prioritization and backlog methods.
• Financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting expertise.
  
   

Preferred Qualifications

 

• Biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
• Experience with high-growth stage companies.
• Agile CSM, PSM, or similar certification.
• PMP or Prince2 certification
