Position Overview: The Project Manager – Bilingual (English-Spanish) will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of project management experience and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to effectively manage projects and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and dependencies, ensuring proactive risk management and problem-solving.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, integrating this knowledge into project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
