Required Skills:

6-9 years of Project Management experience on enterprise applications

Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

ServiceNow experience is a must

Outstanding customer service and interaction skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a client-centric environment

Strong team player with a high level of initiative

Ability to interface with various levels of management

Broad understanding of technology and the mobile landscape

Superior organization and time management skills

Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget

Preferred Certifications: PMI, Agile (CSM, PSM, ACP), or other IT industry project management certifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Business, or equivalent experience
