Roles and Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments to understand business needs, set priorities, and develop plans while effectively managing risks and challenges.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular and clear updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment.
Conflict Management: Use strong problem-solving and time management skills to handle challenges and resolve conflicts professionally, maintaining confidentiality when needed.
Skills Required:

Proficient in project management methodologies, with a particular focus on Agile.
In the context of those engagements or, a proven ability to engage various internal stakeholders at various hierarchical level.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and team members.
Excellent client service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., Process SME's, Project Manager, Technical Leads, Developments heads etc.
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
