Required Skills & Experience:
· 3 years of experience with Agile/project management methodologies and practices.
· 3 years of experience leading large, complex technology-related projects.
· 3 years of experience developing and analyzing complex business requirements.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
· 1 year of experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and related processes.
· 1 year of experience documenting business technology challenges and solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage large-scale technology projects from initiation to completion.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
· Apply Agile/project management best practices to ensure timely and successful delivery.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
· Identify, analyze, and document challenges in business technology processes.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
