Role & Responsibilities

Allocate daily tasks to field resources and manage a team of AV engineers, project managers, and technicians for project execution from start to finish as per design documents.
Maintain excellent customer relationships, liaise with PMC, and coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the project.
Monitor project progress and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising on-site or coordinate appropriate resources to address these issues.
Oversee material delivery to project sites in coordination with logistics and clients, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.
Manage project receivables as per milestone billing.
Maintain a MIS for all open sites and coordinate with project managers on manpower deployment.
Grow and manage the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) business.


Essential Skills

Understanding of AV solutions and experience managing a team of 10-15 AV engineers/technicians.


Desired Skills (Optional)

PMP certification is an added advantage but not mandatory.
