Project Manager

Core Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for GIS initiatives including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of GIS projects.
Manage project documentation, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using Agile and Kanban methodologies.
Serve as a central point of contact for project updates, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Tools Experience:
Proven experience managing GIS-related projects in a government or enterprise environment.
Strong experience in Agile and Kanban project management methodologies.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Project, Jira, Confluence, and Project Online.
Familiarity with ServiceNow for ITSM workflows and change/request tracking.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are a plus.
