Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate Security Architecture meeting logistics, scheduling, and documentation.

Track and report on Security Architecture action items, decisions, and follow-ups.

Maintain and update Security Architecture program artifacts, including agendas, minutes, and decision logs.

Facilitate communication between Security Architecture members, stakeholders, and related governance bodies.

Assist in preparing materials for Security Architecture and Enterprise Architecture presentations.

Support onboarding of new Security Architecture participants and stakeholders.

Identify and escalate program risks or issues to the Head of Security Architecture.

Ensure timely dissemination of Security Architecture decisions and guidance to relevant teams.

 

Qualifications:

Experience in program/project management, preferably in security or technology governance.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with enterprise security governance processes is a plus
