Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Lead to oversee and drive the successful delivery of cloud data platform initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud technologies, data lake architectures, and project management. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience designing and deploying data lakes on AWS (e.g., S3, Glue, Lake Formation), Azure (e.g., Data Lake Storage, Synapse), and GCP (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Storage).
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification a plus).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data platform solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Architect and oversee implementation of data lakes, ensuring best practices in data ingestion, storage, governance, and analytics.
• Manage cross-functional teams including cloud engineers, data engineers, architects, and analysts.
• Coordinate project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and manage expectations.
• Monitor cloud costs and optimize infrastructure for performance and budget efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on evolving cloud technologies and recommend improvements or new tools when appropriate
