Description:
The Project Controls Analyst supports Program Management and is responsible for taking inputs from Program Managers to update and maintain detailed project execution schedules. They are also responsible for ensuring key program and project documentation is kept up to date.
Responsibilities
● In coordination with Program Manager, develop project schedules with functional team inputs
● Attend project meetings, collect progress data and revise project plan as needed
● Create, maintain, and update program schedules regular basis
● Follow up with assigned owners on status of their tasks
● Ensures key program and project documentation is kept up to date
Desired:
● Proficiency in Google Sheets
● General understanding of project scheduling
● Experience with Task Flow or Jira (or similar tooling)
● Excellent communication skills
● Experience with Apps Script (optional)
Any Graduate
