Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Ads Expert to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in programmatic advertising, data analysis, and digital marketing strategies. This role involves developing and executing programmatic ad campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and driving impactful results across multiple channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and manage social media, programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google DV360, The Trade Desk etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams to set campaign goals, strategies, and KPIs.
Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to ensure optimal performance and ROI.


2.Data Analysis and Optimization:

Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, audience insights, and industry best practices.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve ad effectiveness and efficiency.


3.Strategy and Planning:

Develop comprehensive programmatic advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Utilize data to inform targeting strategies and audience segmentation.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.


4.Platform Management:

Manage relationships with demand-side platforms (DSPs), data providers, and other programmatic partners.
Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective ad spend.


5.Reporting and Communication:

Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI.
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to drive integrated marketing efforts.


6.Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure all programmatic ad activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Implement and uphold best practices for data privacy and security.
 

Qualifications:

Experience : 2-4 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges.
Proficiency in programmatic ad platforms and tools (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk etc.).
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Excel etc.).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
Experience with campaign management, optimization, and performance analysis.
Familiarity with industry trends, ad tech innovations, and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
