Experience: 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in project management or program support within IT/technology, preferably in the banking sector.
Regional Expertise: Experience in the Philippines market or broader Asia is highly desirable.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of core banking systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management Support:
Assist the Program Director in the day-to-day management of the core banking modernization program, facilitating communication and coordination across nine distinct program streams.
Support program planning, scheduling, and tracking activities to ensure milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain program documentation, including status reports, budget summaries, and meeting minutes, to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
Workshop and Communication Management:
Organize workshops and develop communication content for internal and external stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
Assist in the development and implementation of program management processes and tools to enhance team productivity and program outcomes.
Risk and Change Management:
Contribute to risk management efforts by tracking issues and risks, and supporting the development of mitigation strategies.
Support change management activities, including communicating changes and gathering feedback from stakeholders across the organization.
