Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure alignment between ERP functionalities and business requirements in Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain operations.
  • Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during project execution.
  • Provide status updates and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Facilitate training sessions and support change management initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with industry standards.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in any of the ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, INFOR LN, or similar, with a focus on Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading ERP-related projects.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing project documentation, budgets, and schedules.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
