Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure alignment between ERP functionalities and business requirements in Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain operations.
- Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during project execution.
- Provide status updates and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Facilitate training sessions and support change management initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in any of the ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, INFOR LN, or similar, with a focus on Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading ERP-related projects.
- Proficiency in creating and managing project documentation, budgets, and schedules.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
