Description

Responsibilities

  • Create communications and presentation materials relevant to stakeholder audiences of all levels.
  • Keep a pulse on status, risks, and issues across multiple projects within the program.
  • Collaborate on prioritization decisions with the Program team and the Director of Derivatives Platform.
  • Assist with annual budget planning cycle and tracking spend and progress against the program budget and goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional project delivery which span multiple teams with myriad dependencies and risks.
  • Responsible for project development and proposals writing for the country program.
  • Take lead in information collections and compilation of narrative proposals.
  • Liaise closely with other Business Systems Analysts for developing solution design and requirements.
  • Identify cross-team risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with several development teams for project delivery.

Required Skills

  • Excellent analytical skills in working with both business and IT stakeholders for devising solutions to meet business needs.
  • Self-starter who can largely operate independently.
  • Strong working knowledge of software development lifecycle including agile practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills adaptive to diverse stakeholder groups.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of project leadership in a cross-functional environment.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience working in a key software development lifecycle role.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, RUP, and other modern development methodologies – preferably serving as a Scrum Master.
  • Demonstrated progressive work experience in a lead role.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
