Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Tools -> JIRA, Confluence, Optional Client Project Planner
Planning, managing, and overseeing large scale program (Appx 1200 SP per monthly release)
Work with business stakeholders to understand program requirements.
Create detailed delivery plans for each business goal.
Review overall schedule to ensure process runs smoothly.
Collaborate with Architects, Testing, Development & Business for delivery alignment.
Executive reporting – Planning & final delivery outcome

Skills Required:
Advanced knowledge of development life-cycle, processes and individual stages.
Leadership experience in delivery planning and management.
Experience with large scale project management.
Familiarity with agile methodologies & tools, Scrum Master or PMP certification added benefit.
Detail Oriented, Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
