Job Description

End-to-End Program Management: Own the full lifecycle of new product or program launches, from planning and scoping to execution, implementation, and post-launch support.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, Seller Success, Programming, Operations, and Support to align deliverables and milestones.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Coordination: Collaborate with Product Marketing and GTM teams to ensure value propositions, messaging, and positioning are aligned with regional customer needs.
Launch Readiness: Develop and execute detailed launch plans, including internal readiness checklists, documentation, communications, and training for seller-facing teams.
Timeline & Resource Management: Build and manage realistic schedules, facilitate planning and roadmapping, and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.
Risk & Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively; adapt plans quickly in response to shifting priorities or technical challenges.
Reporting & Communication: Provide clear and consistent updates to leadership and stakeholders; escalate issues with context and recommended solutions.
Process Improvement: Establish and refine frameworks, tools, and best practices for repeatable, scalable program launches.

Leadership and communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and align teams across different regions.
Risk management: Experience in identifying and managing risks, especially in cross-border and multi-region contexts.
Streaming experience on platforms like Youtube, Facebook live, Twitch etc. preferred
At least 4-6 years of experience

Any Graduate
