Description

  • Lead Oracle Financial Systems (Cloud/On-Prem) implementation projects.
  • Manage project planning, execution, and delivery within budget and schedule.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT for seamless system integration.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through regular updates.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Guide and support project team members.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in program/project management, focusing on financial system implementations.
  • Expertise in Oracle Financial Suite (Cloud/On-Prem).
  • Prince2 (Foundation & Practitioner) or PMP certification; experience with Agile projects.
  • Strong understanding of GL, AP, and AR processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP solutions, especially Oracle products.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Financial Suite certification (e.g., Oracle Fusion or ERP Cloud).
  • Experience in Agile methodologies alongside Prince2 or PMP.
  • Familiarity with other financial systems and ERP solutions
