Data engineer background with ETL/Pipeline Transformations, Data Streaming, Data Batch flows - Understands lineage well - Good to have Purview, Collibra Metadata, Power BI skills to create reports, dashboards.
Banking Domain experience, Product Management Experience (Product Onboarding, Success Metrics, OKRs definitions, Customer Centricity), Power BI and Reporting Tools, Excellent Presentation Skills, Stakeholder Management, ETL Skills, Power BI

As part of the ongoing Enterprise Data Governance initiative, Client is introducing a centralized Data Governance solution in a cloud infrastructure. This initiative aims to effectively manage the availability, usability, integrity, and security of data in enterprise systems, in accordance with internal standards and policies that govern data usage.

3. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)

• Develops new data governance rules to ensure enterprise data is trusted, connected, accessible, and of the highest quality.
• Create an up-to-date map of entire data estate for an application that includes data classification and end-to-end lineage.
• Working with Solidatus tool for Data Lineage.
• Working with Microsoft Purview for Metadata Management.
• Identify data integrity issues and define data quality improvements and establishes metrics for critical data tracking.
• Establish data governance policies working with various business teams and data stewards and define product metrics.
• Defining data access controls and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Ability to anticipate and proactively address challenges, leveraging your technical depth in Data Analysis.
• Define key metrics to track success or prioritize features.
• Writing SQL and noSQL code.
• Working with ETL pipelines, SQL code to find the root cause of the issue.
• Working with Data Stewards and Business owners to identify and map the Metadata and
• Working with various source system databases[SQL/noSQL, mainframes] or files (various format).
• Collaborate closely with Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements definition to application architecture.
• Independently lead projects and efforts, leveraging your proactive problem-solving skills to anticipate and address challenges.
• Working in cross-functional teams within cloud computing engineering or related technical fields.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.



4. What skills/technologies are required (please include the number of years of experience required)?
Required Skills: Azure Cloud, Solidatus or any other Data Lineage tool, Microsoft Purview or any Data Catalog cloud platform experience, Experience working with Data Governance projects and maintaining the Data Catalog, SQL and ETL Skills.
