Continuously review and improve existing processes and programs.
Escalate key issues and risks to relevant stakeholders as needed.
Contribute to HR initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Experience as an HR Generalist or Program Manager.
Ability to engage with senior leadership and global stakeholders.
Strong program and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High adaptability and a collaborative, mentoring work style.
Analytical mindset with effective planning abilities.
5–10 years of HR experience handling diverse responsibilities.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
