Description

Responsabilities:

· Manage all aspects of program management from prototypes to production start-up.

· Oversee engineering changes and ensure products meet specifications.

· Resolve quality concerns and keep documentation up to date.

· Maintain communication between departments and divisions.

· Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing technical support.

· Follow up on customer correspondence and present cost-saving proposals.

· Track program progress with detailed documentation.

Qualifications:

· Degree in mechanical engineering, tool and die experience/design.

· 10 years in engineering or tooling with an automotive background.

· Training in SPC, DFMEA/PFMEA, GD&T, APQP & PPAP, Effective Problem Solving & 8D, DOE.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with quality systems
