Program Management

• Run and manage scrum/agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure efficient project execution and alignment with Agile methodologies.
• Drive release planning and publish scrum metrics like Product Backlog and Burndown chart to track progress and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports for upper management to provide insights into project performance and milestones achieved.
• Coach and guide teams on Agile practices, offering feedback to enhance their effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.
• Coordinate partner meetings to facilitate collaboration and ensure a clear understanding of project deliveries and milestones.
• Gather feedback from teams, identify and remove impediments hindering progress, and focus on enhancing quality and timely delivery.
• Manage all aspects of projects, including timelines, task assignments, and progress monitoring, ensuring adherence to project goals.
• Proactively address impediments that may impede the team's success and creativity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the evolution of practices and processes to drive efficiency.
• Challenge the status quo, drive change, and enhance team performance to deliver value effectively.
• Maintain a solid understanding of Agile principles and behaviors, identifying opportunities for improvement and executing them to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools like Jira, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
