Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve system and application issues using data and log analysis
  • Write SQL queries to troubleshoot and validate data problems
  • Triage incoming technical issues—quickly assess, prioritize, and resolve or escalate as needed
  • Provide user support for access, configuration, and system questions
  • Translate technical information clearly when communicating with non-technical stakeholders and users
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard procedures
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to test and implement changes
  • Monitor logs and performance indicators to detect and prevent recurring issues
  • Participate in Agile team meetings to stay aligned on system updates


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a systems analyst or IT support role
  • Strong SQL skills for data investigation and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools including Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain complex issues to non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment in triaging technical problems
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems


Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to .NET environments (e.g., ASP.NET, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Understanding of APIs, reporting tools, or Agile workflows
