Production support

Requirement :

Production Support application cloud AWS infrastructure and command centre.

Depending on the role, both Application support and infrastructure support is a plus. but still depending on the requirement basis. Clear infra. is plus

They will get a ticket, will review and escalate. breaking a normal support role

Example : support command center need, dealing with AWS issues.

Once the applications are deployed, production support or triage or incident will come into action.

Strong administration and operation AWS experience.

some instances - required support shift basis, will have pager to support off hours.

independent thinker, out of box, strong ability to work 24*7

xmater/Servicenow/JIRA - as it is standerd industry standard - those are some of the examples.

monitoring tools : splunk etc.

Even if we are in AWS - have Azure footprints, but it is plus - they have potential issues to resolve.

Azure - is not a need
