Skills: AWS experience (AWS Console, AWS CLI, Autosys/Job Scheduler, ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, SNS/SQS, VPC, Springboard, RDS Aurora, Secrets Manager), API Gateway, Managed File Transfer (SFTP, Connect Direct)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1.     Provide expert real-time monitoring and troubleshooting for critical applications.
2.     Lead 24x7 on-call support, ensuring rapid incident response and root cause analysis (RCA).
3.     Oversee job scheduling and management, troubleshooting any failures.
4.     Optimize performance for ECS and EC2 instances and manage AWS Lambda functions.
5.     Ensure data integrity and resolve access issues for S3 storage.
6.     Optimize event processing for SNS/SQS and manage VPC configurations.
7.     Analyze logs and set up alerts for proactive monitoring.
8.     Ensure high availability and troubleshoot connection issues for RDS Aurora databases.
9.     Maintain secure access using AWS Secrets Manager and troubleshoot API failures via API Gateway.
10.   Oversee Managed File Transfer processes and collaborate on AWS best practices.
Required Skills:
•      Over 10 years of Production Support experience with advanced expertise in AWS services.
•      Proficiency in AWS Console, CLI, Autosys, ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS, VPC, and RDS Aurora.
•      Strong experience with Secrets Manager, API Gateway, and Managed File Transfer solutions (SIT, Connect Direct).
•      AWS Solution Architect certification or equivalent expertise in cloud architecture and best practices.
