Skills: AWS experience (AWS Console, AWS CLI, Autosys/Job Scheduler, ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, SNS/SQS, VPC, Springboard, RDS Aurora, Secrets Manager), API Gateway, Managed File Transfer (SFTP, Connect Direct)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1.     Provide advanced real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for critical applications and systems.
2.     Lead 24x7 on-call support, ensuring rapid response to incidents and conducting thorough root cause analysis (RCA).
3.     Oversee job scheduling and management, ensuring successful execution and troubleshooting failures.
4.     Optimize performance for ECS instances and manage S3 storage solutions.
5.     Troubleshoot delivery failures and enhance event processing for SQS/SNS.
6.     Manage VPC configurations and diagnose connectivity and security issues.
7.     Ensure high availability and troubleshoot connection issues for RDS Aurora databases.
8.     Maintain secure access to sensitive information using Secrets Manager.
9.     Troubleshoot API failures and ensure secure access via API Gateway.
10.   Oversee Managed File Transfer processes, including SFTP and Connect Direct, ensuring data integrity and successful exchanges.
11.   Collaborate with teams to implement AWS best practices and optimize cloud resource usage.

Required Skills:
•      Over 6 years of Production Support experience.
•      Proficiency in AWS Console, CLI, Autosys/Job Scheduler, ECS, S3, SQS/SNS, VPC, and RDS Aurora.
•      Experience with Secrets Manager, API Gateway, and Managed File Transfer solutions (SFTP, Connect Direct).
•      AWS Solution Architect certification or equivalent expertise in cloud architecture and best practices.
