Skills: AWS experience (AWS Console, AWS CLI, Autosys/Job Scheduler, ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, SNS/SQS, VPC, Springboard, RDS Aurora, Secrets Manager), API Gateway, Managed File Transfer (SFTP, Connect Direct)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1.     Provide real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for critical applications.
2.     Participate in 24x7 on-call support, responding to incidents and performing root cause analysis (RCA).
3.     Ensure scheduled jobs run successfully and troubleshoot any failures.
4.     Monitor uptime and troubleshoot performance issues for ECS and EC2 instances.
5.     Debug failed executions and optimized performance for AWS Lambda functions.
6.     Resolve access issues and ensure data integrity for S3 storage.
7.     Troubleshoot delivery failures and optimize event processing for SNS/SQS.
8.     Manage VPC configurations and diagnose connectivity issues.
9.     Analyze logs and set up alerts for Springboard monitoring.
10.   Ensure availability and troubleshoot connection issues for RDS Aurora databases.
11.   Maintain secure access to credentials using Secrets Manager.
12.   Troubleshoot API failures and ensure secure access via API Gateway.
13.   Handle file transfer failures and ensure smooth data exchange for Managed File Transfer.
14.   Apply AWS best practices to optimize cloud resources and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills:
•      3-5 years of Production Support experience with AWS services.
•      Proficiency in AWS Console, CLI, Autosys, ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, SNS/SQS, VPC, and RDS Aurora.
•      Experience with Secrets Manager, API Gateway, and Managed File Transfer solutions.
•      AWS Practitioner-level knowledge.
