Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day production support for applications and systems
  • Monitor application performance and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and identify root causes
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform minor enhancements and support deployment activities
  • Execute and validate test cases during issue resolution or change implementation
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Perform basic administrative tasks related to system maintenance

Required Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • 5+ years’ software testing or development experience.
  • Proficiency in .NET technologies
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases
  • Experience in application testing and validation
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Prior experience in a production support or application maintenance environment is preferred
