Production Support Engineer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:-
.NET, Aws with Angular front-end technologies, Java, Analyze the Splunk, App Dynamics, Kibana, Service now, Comm Hub

 

Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Incident management, Detecting, responding to, and resolving incidents with minimal impact on users.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex application and system issues.
• Identifying and resolving the underlying reasons for a system or product failure.
• Support during Outages and Scheduled Downtimes.
• Using monitoring and alerting tools to detect and respond to issues before they impact users.
• Initiated, Moderated, High Severity Bridge calls for any High severity issues for online banking and mobile banking.
• Monitor the ticketing tool and respond accordingly within agreed SLAs.
• Managed Services IT Infrastructure Operations Support.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Perform proactive monitoring of Servers – Automating the monitoring and health checks.

 

Qualification:- BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
