 IT OPS support junior specialist –

· Good analytical skills, fast troubleshooting and resolution capabilities

handling Production Support (able to handle critical situations

willing to work 2 to 3 years in Production Support Daylight (Hot Line)

willing to move next into Overnight / Weekend support

· Good experience in VB.NET/C#, WCF, MVC, SQL Server, Ajax, JQuery/HTML

· Good communication skills, able to proactively communicate

· Able to coordinate issues with the stakeholders

· Good writing skills, able to document Incidents, Problems, Changes, Knowledge base etc.

Good knowledge of ITIL processes
Knowledge about monitoring Tools such as SPLUNK, Newtest and / or Dynatrace

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
