L2/L3 Technical Support experience in Product Support, Troubleshooting complex Application issues, running scripts to capture the logs, analyze the logs, Escalate issues to Next level as per SOPs
basic knowledge e in SQL, Power BI, Analyze complex advertiser performance data.

Production Support/L2 Support/L3 Support expected with hands on knowledge of MS Excel & SQL.
Google AdWords Certified or Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising (Required)
Certified and Hands-on experience working with SA 360, Google Analytics tools (Required)
Ability to setup campaigns and troubleshoot setup related issues.
Hands on experience on Editor (Google Ads Editor/Microsoft Advertising Editor) and other Bulk Account Management tools.
Knowledge of Excel: Pivot tables, Filters & look-up function (Required)
