Detailed Job description:
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents related to Windows servers and applications
- Perform root cause analysis using Windows Event Logs, IIS logs, and application logs
- Monitor and tune server and application performance
- Automate support tasks and monitoring using PowerShell scripting
- Support application deployments, patches, and configuration changes
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
- Maintain and improve operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
- Proactively monitor batch jobs, Windows services, and system health
- Participate in incident management and on-call rotations
