Detailed Job description:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents related to Windows servers and applications
  • Perform root cause analysis using Windows Event Logs, IIS logs, and application logs
  • Monitor and tune server and application performance
  • Automate support tasks and monitoring using PowerShell scripting
  • Support application deployments, patches, and configuration changes
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain and improve operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
  • Proactively monitor batch jobs, Windows services, and system health
  • Participate in incident management and on-call rotations
