Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

· 5+ years in chemical manufacturing or a relevant environment working in a batching or packaging.

· Union experience considered an asset.

· Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills and proficient in MS Office.

· Committed to safety, compliance, and team development to meet production goals.

Overview:

· Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer and business demands, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

· Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

· Lead and support the team, addressing performance issues and overseeing training to meet production requirements.
