Production Engineer

We are looking for a production engineer with experience in Content Management

TASKS:·     

• Run TMS operations, configuration, maintenance
• Create delivery PR to GitHub
• Providing Bug Fix support
• Technical support: Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing issue, narrowing down root cause, and providing the best solution possible
• Understanding different Content Repositories (GitHub, Contentful, Salesforce, IBM Watson)
• Identify bottleneck and gaps in L10N processes and tools           
• Propose and/or build technical solutions to improve overall timeline and quality in L10N processes and tools

Visual context and validation support:

• Using test case suite and automation to generate screenshots
• Setting up stage/build by working closely with Product teams
• Navigating flows with high understanding of PayPal Products

Must have:

• Knowledge about L10N and TMS
• Knowledge about GitHub, JIRA, Slack, Postman
• Knowledge about QA, test cases, automation, staging, build
• Knowledge about i18n, localizability, and code/contents relationship including DPH
• Quick learner, passion about L10N, work well in a team setting
• Good communication skill : Experience communication with stakeholders to present progress, escalate risks
