Responsibilities
Customer Workshops:
Conduct workshops to discuss project scope and gather requirements.
Functional Architecture and Documentation:
Create functional architecture and documentation, including functional requirements documents, product backlogs, and user story grooming.
Requirements Analysis:
Analyze and document all requirements within the Bank’s system.
Platform Expertise:
Apply functional expertise on the D365 CE platform, specifically in Customer Service and Sales Modules.
Sprint Reviews:
Demonstrate developed features during sprint review meetings.
UAT and Training:
Validate UAT scripts and provide input for their creation.
Review training documents and provide necessary inputs.
Implementation Support:
Support the implementation team by responding to all queries and providing necessary guidance.
Skills
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, MSD 365, Power Automate).
Experience:
10-13 years of relevant experience in architecting and implementing Dynamics 365 systems.
Architectural Knowledge:
Create and manage end-to-end (E2E) implementation architecture with deep knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, configuration, integration, coding, design patterns, and custom business logic.
Engagement and Design:
Engage during requirements gathering and conduct design reviews of D365 solutions, including integration scopes.
Best Practices and Risk Management:
Provide guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 implementations.
Identify potential project risks and issues.
Technical Solution and Standards:
Support the anchoring of overall technical solutions while ensuring alignment with project delivery teams.
Create optimal technical solutions considering the customer’s environment, requirements, and financial resources.
Ensure adherence to the Bank’s standards and obtain acceptance at architectural review meetings.
