Product Owner/Product Manager

Mandatory Skill :

5 to 7 years of Total relevant experience and 5 years of Product Owner experience is required
- Hands on experience with writing user stories, working with a product backlog, and working in requirement management tool/system such as Jira is required

Essential Functions:

Following is a list of essential functions of a Product Owner:

•    Execute on the priorities of the squad
•    Ensure alignment of priorities with business and product objectives & goals
•    Ensure a thorough understanding of customer/user journeys either by directly interacting with users or an equivalent business person/stakeholder
•    Partner with scrum master, engineering manager, and squad members to regularly plan and lead the execution of requirements of an assigned squad
•    Establish key operational success metrics for the squad
•    Develop, groom, maintain, and prioritize the backlog of the squad
•    Partner with Engineering Managers and leaders to ensure squad has right kinds of skillset to deliver on squad objectives and goals

Job Requirements

•    Demonstrable success in understanding, prioritizing, and executing user requirements to deliver world class product capabilities
•    Exceptional skills in writing detailed user stories for the incoming requirements
•    Experience in Agile Environment, Jira & Confluence
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills
•    Strong analytical skills & ability to work independently & on cross functional teams. 
•    Demonstrated Product Owner experience
