Job Description : 

Extensive experience in web and windows-based software development using Agile methodology; designing and developing multi-tier software solutions. 

Ability to communicate with users, oversight agencies and other ITS Units and to complete assigned work under general direction; analyze, design and document applications that meet user or agency requirements and the ability to resolve difficult technical issues. 

Extensive and demonstrated knowledge of MS. NET technologies and related software development and management tools.
