Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle from strategy through delivery for technical and customer-facing features.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and product backlog items.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Work with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and prioritize product features.
- Use Azure DevOps (or similar tools) to manage backlog, track sprints, and monitor product development.
- Drive sprint planning, product demos, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
- Analyze product performance and define measurable KPIs to track success and areas for improvement.
- Ensure a seamless user experience (UX) with attention to design, usability, and customer journey.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business, technical teams, and leadership.
- Stay updated with cloud technologies (especially Azure) and incorporate them into the product vision when necessary.
Skills Required:
- 12+ years of product management or technical business analysis experience, including ownership of complex, technical products.
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments - Scrum, SAFe or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or equivalent for Agile tracking.
- Deep understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
- Strong technical acumen - either from a development background or as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and services.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent user story writing, roadmapping, and backlog grooming abilities.
- Strong UX sense and product data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CSPO or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
- Experience in customer-centric product development.
- Knowledge of design systems and usability principles.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
