Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion customer-centric design, ensuring products meet real guest needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Oversee product reliability and maintenance, utilizing best practices to ensure software health, uptime, and long-term support.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery and ongoing optimization, aligning with business and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and clients to support implementation, integration, and operationalization of software products.
  • Leverage industry expertise in Travel/Hospitality and deep knowledge of agile software development, platforms, and IT strategy to guide product direction.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with or within the Travel and Hospitality sector.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and customer stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills
