Description

Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
Develop and manage the product roadmap, outlining priorities and key milestones.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering and analyzing business and customer requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to define, prioritize, and refine product features.
Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, organized, and aligned with business objectives.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria to clarify requirements for development teams.
Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering user feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvements.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-friendly and effective product design.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure the timely delivery of product features.
Communicate product progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and transparent manner.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing backlogs, and defining user stories.
Ability to prioritize features and balance business needs with user requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and development teams effectively.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Fluent in English, with experience working in international teams.
