Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner to support three cross-functional development teams focused on new development, platform redesign, and legacy system modernization. This hybrid role combines responsibilities of a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, and Scrum Master. The ideal candidate is well-versed in Agile practices, experienced with Azure DevOps, and capable of filling a Product leadership gap to align teams and drive delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Owner across multiple Agile teams
• Drive sprint delivery, backlog prioritization, and feature readiness
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (as needed)
• Manage and maintain Azure DevOps backlogs (using ADO Agile template) including:
• Epics
• Features
• User Stories
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate concepts into actionable stories
• Ensure development teams are clear on scope and execution priorities
• Track and report delivery status and velocity metrics using Azure DevOps
• Ensure consistent story-level updates and accurate progress tracking
• Align technical efforts across projects with varying team sizes and tech stacks
• Support sprint-based releases and coordinate with development and QA resources

Active Project Areas

• Sitecore Customer Rewards Platform: Final pre-production sprint and feature launch
• Vacations Hawaii Legacy App: Ongoing ColdFusion maintenance, redesign planning, and mobile app evaluation
• Spider Dev Team (C#/MuleSoft): API modernization and upgrade of campaign management workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or Scrum Master roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and sprint-based workflows
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (including epics, features, stories, and metrics)
• Ability to make independent prioritization decisions in the absence of dedicated Product Management
• Comfortable navigating both legacy and modern technology environments
• Strong communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills
