Product Owner

Are you passionate about building impactful products that solve real-world problems? We're looking for a Product Owner who can drive product vision, collaborate across teams, and bring ideas to life in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities: 
Define product goals and translate them into actionable roadmaps 
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it's always prioritized and sprint-ready 
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA, Stakeholders) 
Conduct user research, gather insights, and define feature requirements 
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives 
Ensure delivery of high-quality features that align with business and user needs

What You Bring: 
5–8 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role 
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) 
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana 
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
Analytical mindset with a focus on user value and product performance

Nice to Have: 
Experience in SaaS or B2B environments 
Domain knowledge in Retail, Manufacturing, or Publishing 
Exposure to PIM/ERP platforms and UX/UI collaboration 
Comfort with data-driven decision making and product analytics

Work Setup: 
Goa-based work for the first 3–6 months 
Remote work option available post initial collaboration phase 
Flexibility for Goa-based candidates to continue in hybrid or remote mode
