Product Owner

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Owner to support our app development initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to define and deliver innovative app solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for mobile and web applications.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of app features.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translating them into clear and actionable user stories.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Continuously monitor app performance, user feedback, and market trends to drive iterative improvements.
• Ensure compliance with app store guidelines, security best practices, and industry standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and the development team, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
• Define and track key success metrics (KPIs) to measure the impact of product enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in app development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with mobile and web application development, including UI/UX considerations.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Ability to write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and feedback to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with API integrations, cloud technologies, and app analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of App Store (iOS, Android) submission processes is a plus
