Product Owner - Digital Banking

Job Description

We are currently looking for Product Owner for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies

Required for this role:

Deep experience in digital product development and marketing ideally in a digital banking environment
Exceptional problem skills and data-driven product decision-making; may go beyond application of existing know-how
Ability to understand product metrics and make decisions based on them
Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
Experience in launching a product and managing a live product
Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
Thought leadership and ability to influence at all levels in the organization

Previous experience:

Minimum 3yrs of experience as a product owner
Experienced in Service digitization/Service enablement on Mobile App / Internet Banking
Minimum 5 to 7 years of total experience including 5+ years of experience in product development and marketing. 
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus. 
Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand
Knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes
