Product Owner / Data Business Analyst

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree or certification preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, data governance, or data management, with proven expertise in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, data contracts, and compliance frameworks, with a focus on privacy, policy enforcement, and data quality.
• A background in the financial services industry is highly recommended with an understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on data management.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL, with experience working with relational databases and metadata management tools is plus
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
