Product Owner

Engage with Epic Owners, Epic Troika, and ART Leads for backlog and feature scope refinement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine backlog and feature scope.
Develop acceptance criteria and user stories.
Define feature visions and roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
Work with architects to support technical planning.

Epic & ART Planning:
Communicate product vision and prioritize features.
Align milestones with business objectives during PI Planning.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Work with teams to break down customer journey outcomes.
Work with Epic/Business Owners to establish target Business Value ratings on PI Objectives.

Post-EPIC and ART Planning & Delivery:
Evaluate and accept features on behalf of the business.
Ensure product completeness from a customer perspective.
Collaborate on release readiness and risk management.
Track progress, manage dependencies, and update stakeholders
